How far in advance should I book my transportation?
It depends on the occasion, day of the week, and time of the year. For instance, a stretch limousine on a Saturday afternoon in September commonly books a minimum of a year in advance, although exceptions may be made. On the other hand, airport transportation is commonly reserved two (2) weeks in advance. Contact us with any questions on your reservation.
Can I book a reservation now?
Reservations can be made through the reservations page, by phone at 877-765-STAR, or in person at our main office. A new customer will be required to supply a major credit card or a cash deposit to secure a reservation. Wedding and prom rentals should be made in person for the purpose of deposits and signing of contracts.
Are deposits refundable?
In most cases, no. Deposits are taken to insure commitment of the service and prevent fraudulent reservations. In many cases, when a reservation is canceled last minute, the deposit is non-refundable. We have a 24-hour cancellation policy.
How much should I tip my chauffeur?
A customary 15-20% of the total bill is suggested for your chauffeur. However, if you feel your driver has done an extraordinary job in making your occasion perfect, you may want to give more!
When should I have the chauffeur’s tip included in the bill?
Certain events, such as weddings, can be an overwhelming and mentally exhausting affair. In these situations, a pre-arranged gratuity would be one less imposition on your festivities. Another example would be out of the convenience, for instance, not having to deal with a cash tip at a busy airport.
